Shipping

All items posted are with Fastway couriers or Australian Post depending on the location. 

Dispatch of purchased items is on the same day if ordered before 2 pm and next business day for all orders after 2 pm. 

Delivery Times: 

With Australian Post and Fastway Couriers to Major Capital cities in Australia is 2-4 business days and up to 7 business days anywhere else. 

Please Note: we do not accept PO Box addresses. 

Shipping/Postage Costs: 

Any purchase of the total sum less then $150AUD is a flat rate of $9.95AUD. 

When the total purchase is $150AUD or more, shipping is FREE. 

International Shipping: 

New Zealand, shipping is between 7 and 14 business days. 

Purchases made over $250AUD, postage is FREE

Purchases made under $250AUD, postage is $25 AUD

The rest of the world, shipping is between 7 and 60 business days. 

Purchases made over $350AUD, postage is FREE

Purchases made under $350AUD, postage is $45

 Returns and Exchanges 

In the event where a return or an exchange needs to be made, please contact us as soon as possible. returns@christmastimeworld.com.au

Faulty items on arrival: 

Please check the item on arrival and ‘Do Not Sign’ for the parcel, this will then be returned to our warehouse without any cost to you.

If the item is faulty after you have signed for it, you must contact us as soon as possible within 12 hours or receive the item. 

Exchanges: 

If you’d like to exchange an item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Item will need to be posted back to our warehouse and after approval, the item will be exchanged. 

 Cost of an exchange bares $150* administration fee which includes postage.  

All exchanges must be kept in its original packaging and not worn.
